Vindex Intelligence exists because of a loss. The founder's father took his own life after years of being crushed by credit problems he did not understand and could not get honest help with — collections he never recognized, errors nobody would explain, and an industry that quoted him hundreds of dollars a month to fix it.
The credit repair industry has a trust problem. Consumers are routinely charged upfront for outcomes nobody can guarantee, kept in the dark about what was actually sent on their behalf, and left with no understanding of their own rights under federal law.
Vindex was built as the opposite of that. It is software, not a service: you upload your own report, the platform shows you exactly which items are disputable and under which statute, and it drafts the letters with the citations included. You send them. You keep the record. You learn the law as you go. No promised deletions, no monthly retainer for someone else's paperwork.
