Reviews

Vindex Intelligence reviews, published exactly as written

No purchased reviews. No incentives. No deleted criticism. Every review below came from a real person who used the software to run their own FCRA disputes, was read by a human before publishing, and appears with the words and star rating they submitted. Independent reviews live on our Trustpilot profile, where invitations and moderation are handled outside our control.

Vindex Intelligence is software — not a credit repair organization under CROA and not a law firm. Reviews describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of any score change, deletion, or timeline. Accurate, current information cannot be removed from a credit report by anyone.

Our review policy

Published so you can hold us to it — and so you can tell the difference between this page and a credit repair company's testimonial wall.

Every review is from a real, contactable user

Reviews are submitted through the form on this page with a working email address and are read by a person before publishing. Anything we can't tie to a real Vindex user is rejected.

Nothing is bought, traded, or incentivized

We never pay for reviews, never offer discounts, credits, or free months in exchange for one, and never write a review on a customer's behalf.

We don't edit words or star ratings

Published text and ratings appear exactly as submitted. We may reply publicly, but the review itself is never rewritten, softened, or re-scored.

Criticism stays up

Negative and mixed reviews are published under the same rules as positive ones. Reviews are only removed for spam, abuse, or exposed personal data.

Published reviews

No reviews have been published here yet — we'd rather show an empty page than invented testimonials. If you've used Vindex, yours will be the first. You can also read and leave feedback on Trustpilot.

Leave a review

Tell the next person what actually happened — which items you disputed, what the bureaus said, and how long it took. Honest, specific reviews help far more than five-star one-liners.

Before you sign up

Is Vindex Intelligence legit? Straight answers.

What people ask before trusting a credit dispute tool with their report — answered without marketing spin.

Are Vindex Intelligence reviews real?

Yes. Every review published on this page was submitted through the form below by someone using a real email address, then read by a human before going live. We do not buy reviews, we do not write reviews on customers' behalf, and we do not offer discounts, credits, or free months in exchange for a review. Independent reviews are also collected on Trustpilot, where the invitation and moderation are handled entirely outside our control.

Do you remove negative reviews?

No. A review is only rejected if it is spam, contains someone else's personal or account data, is abusive, or clearly did not come from a Vindex user. Critical reviews from real customers stay published exactly as written — we may reply, but we never edit the text or the star rating.

Is Vindex Intelligence legit, and is it a credit repair company?

Vindex Intelligence is software, not a credit repair organization under CROA and not a law firm. You stay in control: the software reads your credit report, drafts FCRA- and FDCPA-grounded dispute letters, and tracks the 30-day bureau clock, but you review, sign, and send everything yourself. Nobody at Vindex contacts the bureaus for you, and we never promise to remove accurate information.

What results do customers actually report?

Outcomes vary by file, because bureaus respond to the accuracy of the item and the strength of the evidence — not to who drafted the letter. Reviews on this page describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of a specific score change, deletion, or timeline. Accurate, verifiable, and current information cannot be removed from a credit report by anyone.

How much does Vindex cost if I want to try it after reading reviews?

A single Analyze & Dispute purchase is $15 with no subscription. The Single Membership is $45/month for unlimited disputes on one person's report, and the Unlimited plan is $149.99/month for professionals managing multiple client files. No contracts, cancel any time, and CROA gives you a 3-business-day right to cancel any new purchase.

Can I leave a review if I had a bad experience?

Please do. Use the form on this page or leave it on Trustpilot. Negative and mixed reviews are published under the same rules as positive ones, and support at aisoftware@vindexintelligence.org will follow up if something in your account needs fixing.
