The Funnel

Upload Analyze Letters Progress

Four moves from a raw credit report to live, tracked disputes. One dashboard, one paper trail, one outcome — items removed.

  1. 01

    Upload

    PDF · TXT · CSV

Drop in a 3-bureau report from Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. Encrypted in transit and at rest.

  2. 02

    Analyze

    FCRA · FDCPA · METRO 2

AI parses every tradeline, inquiry, and collection — then matches the strongest legal angle for each item.

  3. 03

    Letters

    Bureau-ready in seconds

Personalized dispute letters appear in your dashboard. Edit inline, chat with the AI, then mail certified.

  4. 04

    Progress

    30-day FCRA timer

Track responses by client, counter the bureau's AI replies, and escalate to the CFPB the moment they stall.

The Software

Built to win disputes — end to end.

Vindex Intelligence is the only AI dispute platform that walks you through the whole process: upload, draft, mail, counter the bureau's reply, and escalate to the CFPB — all from one dashboard.

AI Report Reader

Upload PDFs from Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. Our AI parses every account, inquiry, and tradeline in seconds and flags every dispute opportunity.

FCRA & FDCPA Reasoning

Each negative item is matched against the Fair Credit Reporting Act, FDCPA, and U.S. Consumer Code. The AI picks the strongest legal angle automatically.

Counter Bureau AI

Bureaus now use AI to auto-reject disputes. Upload a photo of their response — our software analyzes it and drafts a counter letter demanding the documents they don't have.

CFPB Complaint Assistant

When bureaus stall past the 30-day FCRA deadline, our AI walks you through filing a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint with evidence already attached.

Per-Client Folders

Pro and Unlimited tiers organize every customer in their own folder — reports, letters, bureau responses, CFPB filings — exportable in one click for hand-off.

AI Letter Chat

Edit any draft inline and chat with the AI to strengthen it: add tradeline detail, escalate the legal cite, switch to a Method-of-Verification request — all in seconds.

The Process

From report to resolution, in six steps.

  1. 01

    Upload the credit report

Pull a free report from Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion — or import from any monitoring service. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Pro & Unlimited tiers organize each upload by client folder.

  2. 02

AI scans for every dispute angle

Our model identifies inaccurate, outdated, and unverifiable items, then matches each one to the strongest applicable cite from the FCRA, FDCPA, and U.S. Consumer Code.

  3. 03

    Bureau-ready letters in seconds

Personalized dispute letters appear in your dashboard. Chat with the AI to strengthen them, then mail certified or print on your own letterhead.

  4. 04

    Counter the bureau's AI response

When the bureau replies, snap a photo of the letter. Our AI reads it and drafts a counter — usually a Method of Verification request demanding documents the bureau doesn't have.

  5. 05

    Escalate to the CFPB

If the bureau stalls past the 30-day FCRA deadline, the CFPB Assistant walks you through filing a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint with the full paper trail attached.

  6. 06

    Track everything by client

Starter tier handles 3 client reports a month. Unlimited handles as many as you can take on. Every letter, response, and CFPB filing stays organized in that client's folder.

Can't afford this right now? That's okay. This was built for people who were left to figure it out alone.

Vindex Intelligence is guided AI credit dispute software, not a law firm and not a credit repair organization (CRO) under the Credit Repair Organizations Act. You may dispute items directly with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and furnishers at no cost; Vindex helps you organize the evidence, draft FCRA-cited letters, track deadlines, and respond when bureaus verify an item. CROA-protected 3-day cancellation right applies.

4.9 / 5 average across 247 verified reviews from Document Automation pros, business owners, and consumers.

I was paying for three different tools and a VA to keep client folders straight. Vindex's per-client folders + AI counter-letters replaced all of it. I run my whole shop on the Unlimited plan.
Two collections deleted on the first round. When the bureau came back with their AI auto-rejection, the counter-letter feature made them eat the dispute on the second pass. Worth way more than $19.99.
Closed on my first home four months after starting. The CFPB assistant alone saved me a lawyer fee — it walked me through filing a complaint that got a charge-off removed in 11 days.
Switched from a $399/mo CRM that was bloated and confusing. Onboarded 23 clients in my first 60 days on the Unlimited plan. The white-label letterhead alone is worth the price.
I send buyers to Vindex when their score won't qualify. Three of my last four clients closed within 90 days of starting disputes. The MOV counter-letters are the secret weapon.
I tried writing dispute letters myself for a year — got nowhere. Vindex generated 9 letters in under a minute, with the actual FCRA citations. Six items deleted in 32 days.

Questions

Asked & answered.

Is Vindex Intelligence a credit repair company?

No. Vindex Intelligence is guided AI credit dispute software. We provide the technology so you can safely manage your own FCRA disputes: analyze your report, draft bureau-ready letters, track deadlines, counter verified responses, and escalate to CFPB when needed. We are not a law firm, not a credit repair organization, and we do not provide legal advice.

How is Vindex different from other credit repair apps?

Most apps stop after a generic first-round letter. Vindex is built as a guided dispute workspace: it reads the report, drafts FCRA/FDCPA/FCBA/METRO 2 letters, tracks certified-mail status, watches the 30-day bureau response window, prepares Method-of-Verification counter letters, and helps escalate unresolved issues to the CFPB.

What is the 'counter bureau AI' feature?

Credit bureaus now use AI to auto-reject disputes with stock responses like 'verified' or 'frivolous.' When you receive that letter, snap a photo. Our AI reads it and drafts a Method-of-Verification (MOV) request that demands documentation bureaus typically can't produce — forcing a real review or a deletion.

Can credit dispute professionals use this for their clients?

Yes. Vindex supports consumers managing their own disputes and credit-dispute professionals organizing client files. The Unlimited plan supports unlimited report uploads and folders, AI dispute letters, counter-letters, CFPB assistant workflows, and exportable histories for each file.

How fast will I see results?

Bureaus have 30 days under the FCRA to respond. Most users see their first deletions within 30–45 days of mailing the first round. Results vary based on the file and items being disputed — no software can guarantee deletions.

Do you offer included monitoring reports?

Vindex is focused on dispute analysis, letter generation, tracking, and response workflows. If a plan includes monitoring or report refreshes, that will be shown in your dashboard and plan details; otherwise you can still upload updated reports to verify deletions and changes.

Is my data and my clients' data safe?

All reports and uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in a SOC-2-aligned environment, and never sold or shared. You can permanently delete any client folder at any time.

Do I have to use Vindex to dispute items?

No. You and your clients always have the right to dispute items directly with the credit bureaus and original creditors at no cost. Vindex Intelligence exists to make that process faster, more thorough, and grounded in current consumer law.

How long does a typical dispute cycle take?

Credit bureaus are required by the FCRA to investigate disputes within 30 days of receipt (extended to 45 days if you submit additional information mid-investigation). Add 5–10 business days for certified mail transit and bureau intake, so most full cycles take 35–55 days from the moment you mail your letter to receiving an updated report.

When should I expect to see changes on my credit report?

Most users see the first updates 30–45 days after the bureaus receive their initial round of letters. Complex disputes, re-investigations, and method-of-verification follow-ups can extend this to 60–120 days. Vindex tracks each letter's status so you always know which round is in progress and what comes next.

What outcomes can a dispute actually produce?

A bureau investigation can result in one of three outcomes: (1) the item is deleted, (2) the item is updated (balance, status, dates, or remarks corrected), or (3) the item is verified as reported. Vindex categorizes each response automatically and recommends the next strategic step — escalation, method-of-verification, or moving to the furnisher directly.

What happens if the bureau verifies a negative item?

If an item comes back "verified," that's rarely the end of the road. Vindex generates targeted follow-ups — method-of-verification requests, furnisher direct disputes under FCRA §623, and CFPB complaints when warranted. Many items deleted in round 2 or 3 were originally returned as verified in round 1.

Do you guarantee specific deletions or score increases?

No reputable provider can legally guarantee specific deletions or score changes — outcomes depend on bureau and furnisher behavior, your unique file, and federal law. What we guarantee is the quality of the letters, accurate tracking of every response, and a strategy that adapts to each bureau's reply.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions if you have not yet generated or mailed dispute letters. Once letters are generated or mail credits are consumed, those portions are non-refundable because the work and postage costs have already been incurred. Cancel anytime from your dashboard to stop future billing.

Can I get a refund if my disputes don't succeed?

Because dispute outcomes are determined by the bureaus and furnishers — not by Vindex — we don't offer outcome-based refunds. We do offer a satisfaction-based refund within the first 7 days if you haven't used the letter generation or mail features. After that, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

How do you mail my dispute letters?

Letters are printed and mailed via USPS from a secure print-and-mail facility. By default, we use USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt (Electronic), which provides a tracking number, proof of delivery, and the bureau's signature on file — the gold standard for FCRA compliance and dispute evidence.

Can I track each letter after it's mailed?

Yes. Every mailed letter gets a USPS tracking number that appears in your dashboard. You can see when it was accepted by USPS, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered (with the date and ZIP of the delivery scan). Certified Mail delivery confirmations are stored as proofs and timestamped for your records.

What if a letter is lost, delayed, or returned by USPS?

If USPS marks a letter as undeliverable, returned to sender, or stalled in transit beyond 10 business days, Vindex flags it in your dashboard and offers a free re-mail to the correct bureau address. Certified Mail receipts and tracking history are preserved so your dispute timeline and FCRA clock are documented end-to-end.

How does Vindex pricing work — flat-fee or per-letter?

Vindex pricing is simple: $15 for Analyze & Dispute, $45/mo for a Single Membership, and $149.99/mo for Unlimited. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and CROA-protected cancellation rights apply.

Can I switch between the flat-fee and per-letter plans later?

Yes. You can move between the one-time Analyze & Dispute purchase, the $45/mo Single Membership, and the $149.99/mo Unlimited plan as your needs change. The page and dashboard show the current plan terms before you request an invoice.

What payment methods do you accept at checkout?

Card payments through our Stripe processor are currently in final approval. In the meantime you can pay via Zelle or Cash App and your account is credited the same business day. The checkout page shows live availability and the exact "How to pay" steps for each method, so you always see what's active before you commit.

How quickly is my account activated after a Zelle or Cash App payment?

Once you send the payment and submit the confirmation reference on the checkout page, our team verifies it and activates your plan — typically within a few hours during business days, and always within one business day. You'll get an email from aisoftware@vindexintelligence.org the moment your account is upgraded.
