Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund window for new software subscriptions, provided that no dispute documents have been generated, downloaded, or mailed during that period. Once the AI has been used to generate documentation, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable due to the immediate provisioning of compute resources and document preparation services.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing or through the secure customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to the software will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Items
Mailing credits and individual letter generation fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated due to immediate costs incurred with third-party postage and processing.
How to Request a Refund
Submit the form below within the 7-day window or email aisoftware@vindexintelligence.org. Include the email address on the account, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
We ask customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct support. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
