Credit repair & dispute software for every dispute type.

Vindex Intelligence is AI credit repair software and credit dispute software that generates bureau-ready dispute letters for Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Every letter is grounded in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), and METRO 2 reporting standards, and our support team is available for questions about using the software.

Collections Removal

Challenge unverifiable third-party collections with FDCPA debt-validation demands and FCRA reinvestigation letters. We pursue both the furnisher and the bureau in parallel.

collections removal, paid collections, medical collections, third-party debt collectors

Charge-Off Disputes

Charge-offs are among the most damaging marks on a credit report. We dispute date-of-first-delinquency errors, balance inaccuracies, and re-aging violations under the FCRA.

charge-off removal, re-aging, date of first delinquency, DOFD

Late Payment Challenges

Disputes for inaccurate 30, 60, 90, and 120-day late payment notations, including goodwill letters to original creditors and FCRA-grounded reinvestigation requests to the bureaus.

late payment removal, goodwill letter, 30-day late, 60-day late, 90-day late

Hard Inquiry Removal

Unauthorized hard inquiries lower scores and may indicate identity theft. We send permissible-purpose challenges under FCRA §604 and §611.

remove hard inquiry, unauthorized inquiry, permissible purpose

Identity Theft Restoration

FTC IdentityTheft.gov affidavit support, FCRA §605B blocking demands, and bureau-specific fraud-victim letters to remove fraudulent tradelines and inquiries.

Bankruptcy, Repossession & Foreclosure

Verification challenges for public records and severe derogatory items, including PACER-grounded bankruptcy verification and METRO 2 reporting compliance.

Student Loan & Mortgage Disputes

Specialized letters for federal and private student loans, deferment-status reporting errors, and mortgage tradeline inaccuracies across all three bureaus.

Debt Validation & 609 Letters

FDCPA §1692g debt-validation demands and FCRA §609 information-request letters that force the bureaus to produce the records used to verify each item.

Service FAQs

How each dispute type actually works

Statute-level answers for the errors people most often need removed — collections, charge-offs, inquiries, and 'verified' responses.

Which credit report errors can Vindex dispute?

Collections, charge-offs, late payments, hard inquiries, identity-theft tradelines, bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, student loan errors, mortgage tradeline inaccuracies, mixed credit files, re-aged debts, and outdated items past the seven-year FCRA window. Every dispute is grounded in FCRA, FDCPA, FCBA, or METRO 2 reporting standards.

How fast do credit dispute results show up?

Bureaus must complete reinvestigations within 30 days (45 with supplemental documentation). Many users see deletions on the first round; harder items typically take two to three rounds with Method-of-Verification counters and CFPB escalation.

How do I remove a collection account from my credit report?

Attack it on two fronts at once. Send an FDCPA §1692g debt-validation demand to the collection agency and an FCRA §611 reinvestigation demand to each bureau reporting it. If the collector cannot produce validation, or the bureau cannot describe its verification method, the tradeline must come off. Vindex drafts both letters from the same report upload.

Can a charge-off be removed before seven years?

Yes, when it is inaccurate. The most common wins are a wrong date of first delinquency (which illegally extends the reporting window), an incorrect balance after settlement or sale, and duplicate reporting by both the original creditor and the debt buyer. Vindex checks all three against the tradeline data on your report.

How do I dispute a hard inquiry I did not authorize?

Send a permissible-purpose challenge under FCRA §604 to the bureau and the furnisher. If the puller cannot show you authorized the pull, the inquiry has to be deleted. Where the inquiry looks like fraud, Vindex pairs it with an FCRA §605B identity-theft block and a fraud alert request.

What happens when a bureau says my item was 'verified'?

That is not the end of the dispute. Under FCRA §611(a)(7) you can demand the method of verification — the business name, address, and phone number of the source, plus a description of the procedure used. Most e-OSCAR auto-verifications cannot survive that request, which is why Vindex generates the MOV counter automatically.

Do you offer credit dispute software for businesses and professionals?

Yes. The unlimited plan supports credit-dispute professionals with per-client folders, batch letter generation, bureau-response analysis, mail tracking, CFPB escalation, and a white-label client portal. Current plan limits and pricing are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

I was paying for three different tools and a VA to keep client folders straight. Vindex's per-client folders + AI counter-letters replaced all of it. I run my whole shop on the Unlimited plan.

Two collections deleted on the first round. When the bureau came back with their AI auto-rejection, the counter-letter feature made them eat the dispute on the second pass. Worth way more than $15.

Closed on my first home four months after starting. The CFPB assistant alone saved me a lawyer fee — it walked me through filing a complaint that got a charge-off removed in 11 days.

Switched from a $399/mo CRM that was bloated and confusing. Onboarded 23 clients in my first 60 days on the Unlimited plan. The white-label letterhead alone is worth the price.

I send buyers to Vindex when their score won't qualify. Three of my last four clients closed within 90 days of starting disputes. The MOV counter-letters are the secret weapon.

I tried writing dispute letters myself for a year — got nowhere. Vindex generated 9 letters in under a minute, with the actual FCRA citations. Six items deleted in 32 days.

How the letters are drafted

Every letter is generated from a reviewed template, cites the statute that actually applies to the item type, and is shown to you in full before it is sent. You sign and mail it — nothing is filed on your behalf. Read the full methodology.

Software, not a credit repair organization

Vindex Intelligence is self-service software. It is not a credit repair organization, law firm, or credit counseling agency, and it does not provide legal advice. You can dispute items yourself for free directly with the bureaus — Vindex organizes and accelerates that work.

No guaranteed outcomes

Accurate, timely, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report. No one can promise a specific score increase or deletion, and we don't. Results depend on your file and on how each furnisher responds.
