What should a credit repair CRM track that a generic CRM cannot?
Dispute work is round-based and deadline-driven. You need per-item dispute history, the 30-day FCRA reinvestigation clock on each mailed letter, bureau response outcomes per item, and a document vault holding the identity proof each letter requires. A generic sales CRM tracks deals and stages, not statutory clocks or per-tradeline outcomes.
Can my clients see their own progress without seeing anyone else's?
Yes. Portal links are issued per client folder and can only load that folder's letters, documents and round status. Links can be revoked at any time, and each view is logged with a timestamp.
Does the CRM tell me when a bureau is out of time?
Every letter marked as sent starts a 30-day reinvestigation timer. Items pass through Sent, Delivered and Responded states, and anything past the deadline is flagged Overdue with the escalation options for that item.
Can clients upload their own credit reports?
Yes. Send an intake link and the client uploads their report directly into their folder. If the upload fails, the assistant explains the reason and whether the client needs to redo it.
How many clients can I manage?
