Internal admin (never customer-accessible)

These surfaces belong to the Vindex Intelligence owner account only. No paid plan — including Unlimited — can reach them, and the database refuses the query even if the URL is typed directly.

How client isolation is enforced

  • Row-level database rulesClient records, credit reports and dispute letters are readable only by the account that created them — enforced in the database, not in the interface.
  • Intake links are owner-stampedEvery signup link is bound to the operator who generated it, so listing, sending and revoking only ever touches their own links.
  • Admin surfaces re-verify server-sideInternal analytics endpoints check the owner role again on the server, so a hidden menu item is never the only thing standing in the way.

Permissions questions

Which plan lets me send client signup links?
The Unlimited plan is built for it: you generate a secure signup link per client — one at a time or up to 50 at once — and each client uploads their own reports into their own isolated folder. Single Membership can generate a link for its own file. The one-time Analyze & Dispute option and free accounts cannot create intake links.
Can an Unlimited account see other users' clients?
No. Every client record, credit report and dispute letter is scoped in the database to the account that created it. An Unlimited operator controls only the clients they onboarded, and there is no in-app path — or direct API path — to another account's files.
Do paying customers get access to Vindex admin analytics or the SEO Command Center?
No. Analytics, the SEO Command Center, Search Console monitoring, revenue reporting and role management are internal owner-only surfaces. They are hidden from the navigation and additionally re-verified server-side, so requesting the URL directly returns a forbidden response.
Can I revoke a client signup link after I send it?
Yes. Any pending intake link can be revoked individually, as a selected batch, or all at once. A revoked link stops working immediately and the revocation is written to the timestamped intake audit log.
What does each plan cost?
Vindex Intelligence is priced at $15 one-time Analyze & Dispute, $45/mo Single Membership, or $149.99/mo Unlimited. Every tier in this matrix maps to one of those three options, plus a free account for public tools.

Accuracy, authorship & compliance

Who writes this, and how we stand behind it.

Written by James Stone, Founder of Vindex Intelligence.Reviewed by the Vindex Compliance DeskLast reviewed August 11, 2026

How the letters are drafted

Every letter is generated from a reviewed template, cites the statute that actually applies to the item type, and is shown to you in full before it is sent. You sign and mail it — nothing is filed on your behalf. Read the full methodology.

Software, not a credit repair organization

Vindex Intelligence is self-service software. It is not a credit repair organization, law firm, or credit counseling agency, and it does not provide legal advice. You can dispute items yourself for free directly with the bureaus — Vindex organizes and accelerates that work.

No guaranteed outcomes

Accurate, timely, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report. No one can promise a specific score increase or deletion, and we don't. Results depend on your file and on how each furnisher responds.

Consult a licensed attorney for advice about your situation.

Your rights. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, at no cost, and to obtain a free copy of your report from each nationwide bureau. You may cancel a paid plan at any time. See Terms, Refunds, Privacy and the full Disclaimer.
