No guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on factors specific to each credit file, including the accuracy of the underlying tradeline data, the responsiveness of furnishers and consumer reporting agencies, the documentation in your possession, and the strength of the legal basis for each dispute. We do not promise that any specific item will be deleted, corrected, or updated, that your credit score will increase by any particular amount, or that any specific timeline will be achieved. Past results of other consumers are not indicative of your future results.

Free alternative. Federal law gives you the right to dispute inaccurate or unverifiable information directly with the consumer reporting agencies and furnishers, at no cost, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681i and § 1681s-2(b). The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau provides free educational resources and a complaint portal at consumerfinance.gov.

Right to cancel. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1679e, you may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date you signed the contract.

Accuracy is your responsibility. You agree not to dispute information you know to be accurate. Disputing accurate information is prohibited under CROA § 1679b and may carry legal consequences.
