Standalone dispute software

How the software actually works.

Vindex Intelligence is a standalone, self-directed dispute platform. You upload the report, the AI drafts the letters, and you review, sign, and mail every one of them. Nobody here contacts a bureau, a furnisher, or a collector for you — the software is the product.

Vindex is not a credit repair organization, a law firm, or a credit counseling agency, and it does not repair credit on anyone's behalf. It licenses software you operate yourself.

The workflow, end to end

  1. 01

    You upload your own report

Pull your report from AnnualCreditReport.com, a monitoring service, or ChexSystems and upload the file. The software reads it — nobody at Vindex pulls, holds, or negotiates anything on your behalf.

  2. 02

The AI itemizes what is disputable

Every tradeline, collection, inquiry, and public record is listed on screen with the reason it may be challengeable under the FCRA, FDCPA, FCBA, or the METRO 2 furnishing standard. You decide what to dispute.

  3. 03

    The software drafts the letter

The tool assembles a letter from a compliance-reviewed template and cites the applicable statute for that item type. Edit any sentence before it leaves the app.

  4. 04

    You review, sign, and mail

Download, print, or email the letter to yourself. You sign it and you mail it. The software never signs or sends correspondence for you.

  5. 05

The deadline clock runs in your dashboard

Mark a letter mailed and the 30-day FCRA reinvestigation window starts. You get reminders when a bureau response is overdue.

  6. 06

Counter and escalate with the same tool

Upload the bureau's reply and the software drafts a Method of Verification counter, or pre-fills a CFPB complaint with the dates and documents already stored in your file.

What comes with the software

Guided mode for first-timers

If you've never written a dispute, the builder walks you through it question by question — which item, what's wrong with it, what proof you have — and turns your plain-English answers into a formatted letter. No legal knowledge required to get started.

METRO 2 compliance disputes

A dedicated dispute option that checks reported fields against the METRO 2 furnishing format — DOFD, account status codes, balance/payment-history conflicts — and drafts a compliance-based challenge instead of a generic "not mine" letter.

ChexSystems & banking disputes

Upload a ChexSystems or Early Warning Services consumer disclosure and the engine scores each derogatory item, maps the controlling federal statutes, and drafts a mail-ready dispute so you can reopen banking access.

See the ChexSystems engine

Secondary bureau PDFs

Downloadable guides covering the secondary and specialty bureaus most people never hear about — LexisNexis, SageStream, Innovis, ARS, and the banking reporters — with the addresses and request procedures for each.

Built for credit repair companies too

The Unlimited plan gives professional operators a multi-client workspace: separate folders per client file, bulk letter generation, and a per-client timeline of every letter, response, and CFPB filing. Your firm runs the disputes; Vindex is the software layer underneath.

A real support team behind the software

If something in the software doesn't make sense — or you're unsure how to structure a dispute — our support team answers software and workflow questions and shows you how to use each feature. We help you operate the tool; we don't make legal decisions or run disputes for you.

Where the software stops and you begin

  • The software drafts; you approve every word before anything is printed.
  • You sign and mail your own correspondence — Vindex never sends it for you.
  • Support answers questions about the software and how to use its features. It does not give legal advice or decide what you should dispute.
  • No result is promised. Accurate, current, verifiable information stays on a report, and no tool can change that.

Choose your dispute plan

Pay monthly or pay one time.

How the letters are drafted

Every letter is generated from a reviewed template, cites the statute that actually applies to the item type, and is shown to you in full before it is sent. You sign and mail it — nothing is filed on your behalf. Read the full methodology.

Software, not a credit repair organization

Vindex Intelligence is self-service software. It is not a credit repair organization, law firm, or credit counseling agency, and it does not provide legal advice. You can dispute items yourself for free directly with the bureaus — Vindex organizes and accelerates that work.

No guaranteed outcomes

Accurate, timely, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report. No one can promise a specific score increase or deletion, and we don't. Results depend on your file and on how each furnisher responds.

Your rights. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, at no cost, and to obtain a free copy of your report from each nationwide bureau. You may cancel a paid plan at any time. See Terms, Refunds, Privacy and the full Disclaimer.
