AI credit dispute software for Experian, Equifax and TransUnion
Vindex is guided AI credit dispute software. You upload a credit report, the analyzer reads every tradeline, inquiry and public record, and it tells you exactly which items are inaccurate, unverifiable, duplicated or re-aged — then drafts the dispute letter that cites the statute behind each challenge. You stay in control of what gets sent; the software does the reading, the drafting and the deadline math.
Reads reports from any bureau or monitoring service
FCRA, FDCPA and Metro 2 citations on every letter
Round-aware escalation instead of repeated form letters
Software, not a credit repair organization — you send your own disputes
What you get
AI report analysis
Upload a PDF or screenshots from any bureau or monitoring service. The analyzer normalizes the file, extracts every account, balance, status and date, and scores each item for a disputable defect instead of making you read 40 pages yourself.
Statute-matched dispute letters
Each letter cites the provision that actually applies — FCRA §609, §611, §623, FDCPA §809, Metro 2 reporting standards — because bureaus work cited letters and stonewall generic ones.
All three bureaus in one round
Generate the Experian, Equifax and TransUnion version of every dispute at once, deduplicated so the same account is never challenged twice in a single round.
30-day FCRA clock
The moment a round goes out, the deadline board starts counting. When a bureau runs out of time or answers 'verified' with no procedure, the software queues the Method of Verification counter.
Beyond the big three
ChexSystems, banking and secondary-bureau disputes run through the same engine, with the correct addresses and freeze paths for each agency.
CFPB escalation assistant
When a bureau or furnisher ignores the law, the assistant assembles the complaint narrative with your dates, letters and delivery proof attached.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the eight objections we hear most often from operators evaluating Vindex against CreditRepairCloud, DisputeFox, DisputeBee, and DIY workflows.
What is AI credit dispute software?+
It is software that uses AI to read a consumer credit report, identify items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable, and draft the dispute correspondence for those specific items. Unlike a credit repair company, the software does not dispute on your behalf — it prepares the analysis and letters, and you decide what to send.
How is this different from a dispute letter template?+
A template repeats the same wording for every account. Vindex writes each letter around the actual defect found on your file and cites the provision that applies to that defect, then changes the legal angle in later rounds based on how the bureau responded.
Can AI dispute software remove accurate negative items?+
No, and no legitimate service can. Accurate, current, verifiable information stays on your report until it ages off. Vindex targets inaccuracies, unverifiable entries, duplicates, re-aged dates and reporting-standard violations.
Does it work for credit professionals as well as consumers?+
Yes. Consumers work a single file; professionals run many client folders, bulk rounds, intake links and client progress portals on the Unlimited plan.
How long before I see changes?+
Bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate a dispute under the FCRA. Outcomes depend on what the furnisher can verify, so results vary by item and no deletion can be promised.
Is my credit data safe?+
Reports are encrypted, scoped to your account, and never sold or shared with marketers. You can request deletion of your uploaded documents at any time.

Every letter is generated from a reviewed template, cites the statute that actually applies to the item type, and is shown to you in full before it is sent. You sign and mail it — nothing is filed on your behalf. Read the full methodology.
Software, not a credit repair organization
Vindex Intelligence is self-service software. It is not a credit repair organization, law firm, or credit counseling agency, and it does not provide legal advice. You can dispute items yourself for free directly with the bureaus — Vindex organizes and accelerates that work.
No guaranteed outcomes
Accurate, timely, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report. No one can promise a specific score increase or deletion, and we don't. Results depend on your file and on how each furnisher responds.
